Explore the Future of Work – Mentor Office Hours
The future of work is changing fast and so must the way we prepare the next generation. At Plug and Play Foundation, we’re launching a paid, hands-on experience program with our portfolio companies to equip individuals with a focus on under-resourced talent with the skills and access they need to thrive. But we can’t do it alone.

That’s why we’re hosting Mentor Office Hours in the Bay Area an open, exploratory session for local experts to learn how they can get involved. This is your chance to share your knowledge, mentor future innovators, and shape a workforce that’s ready for tomorrow.

We’re especially seeking mentors who can guide in areas such as:

• Hard skills: Data analytics & visualization, coding & digital literacy, UX/UI design, financial modeling, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Soft skills: Communication & storytelling, teamwork, emotional intelligence, networking, workplace professionalism, time management.
• Entrepreneurial skills: Pitching, customer discovery, VC & fundraising, design thinking, rapid prototyping, sales & outreach.
